Each purchase is automatically assigned an order number. You can organize orders in several categories, including received, approved, rejected, etc. If you use real-time credit card processing, orders will be categorized according to information received from the merchant account provider. If the customer's credit card was good and the card was charged, orders will be categorized as "approved." For ease of use, our Order Manager is equipped with a search feature that allows you find orders based on order number and/or date. An export utility is also provided which allows you to view orders in a spreadsheet program such as Excel.
