Technical Support Representative

Must have experience in a customer service/training role. Excellent phone and customer skills required. Full time position $8-10 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities will be to train customers on use of website builder and related software. Will conduct tech support and training.

Receptionist

Must be computer literate and have knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Applications. Previous shipping background a plus. Must have previous experience handling multiple phone lines. Responsibilities will be to help with front office duties. Shipping, inputting orders, filing, putting together client packages, answer phones, etc. Full time position $8-9 per hour depending on experience.
